Group X

Enjoy access to over 70 classes each week with our Group X pass, giving you endless opportunities to move, sweat, and have fun. 

Group X Updates: Fall 2025


Group X Classes are free from Monday, August 18th through Monday, September 1st. No Group X Pass is needed. View the schedule and register for classes on DSE.

Fall Group X: Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, you must have facility access and have purchased a Fall 2025 Group X Pass in order to participate in classes.


Reservations Required

Participants are required to make reservations for all Group X classes through DSE. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your existing university credentials. 

If you can no longer attend a class, please unregister by going to your My Classes page in DSE and unregistering to open your spot up for someone else!


Group X Class Types/Formats

Participants are able to take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!
