About Me

Originally hailing from southeastern Michigan, I’ve been working my way south – first to Ohio, then North Carolina, and now to South Carolina! I started out in nonprofit work, then quickly pivoted to fulfill my dream of staying in school forever by working in higher education. I’ve since focused on helping students travel abroad, first as a study abroad professional and now as a fellowships advisor for international awards. Outside of the office, I am an avid reader (Becky Chambers is my current favorite author), amateur home chef  and knitting afficionado

Favorite Spot on Campus

I enjoy walks on the Horseshoe and visiting Figaro in the flower box near Close-Hipp.
