Jenna Brouse

Jenna was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has also resided in Baltimore, Maryland. She obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Bloomsburg University and completed her master's in experimental psychology from Towson University by defending her thesis on how fear can change our memory. Her psychology research background includes studies that range from exploring how cell phones affect our memory and attention to researching ADHD and PTSD. Jenna studied abroad for a summer in Italy to discover “The Pursuit of Happiness” (spoiler alert: she found it) in regards to positive psychology. She previously assisted faculty in developing and implementing a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Ph.D. program within the psychology department at Towson University. Jenna took on the role as the head of her cognitive psychology lab, where she had the opportunity to showcase her passion for mentoring and training other students.

Jenna has been enjoying the sunshine and vibrant culture of the South! Outside of the office, she stays active through running, hiking, kayaking, and long walks outdoors with her dogs. She's also an avid reader with a particular love for psychological thrillers that challenge the way we perceive the world around us. Jenna is also a passionate advocate for mental health and suicide prevention, dedicating her time and voice to awareness efforts. She’s a proud pet parent to two Goldendoodles, CiCi and Roo, who have embraced their new home and love exploring the beaches and basking in the Southern heat.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
