Project Description: This project will modernize space utilization and upgrade mechanical HVAC systems to enhance building performance and functionality. Renovations will prioritize student-centered study environments, while the new HVAC system will provide improved fresh air ventilation and humidity control. Construction will be completed in phases over a three- to four-year period.
